Ashok has held several leadership roles, including: 

• Founding Partner of KKR' s boutique turnaround consulting venture, Tranzmute
•  Strategy & Commercial Diligence India Lead  Partner @ Ernst & Young
•  India Head of Turnaround Consulting Practice @ Grant Thornton
• India Country Manager of USD 750 m business portfolio of Malaysia's Astro Capital
• Head of the Valuation Practice at Arthur Andersen

Ashok's expertise lies in the areas of strategy, turnaround & transformation and transaction support.  

Ashok has held multiple Board positions across media, retail, sports and digital businesses in India, UK and Singapore.

Having built 4 digital companies from scratch with complete P&L responsibility -Jabong(acquired by Myntra-Flipkart, Walmart Group), Driverskart(acquired by DriveU), Shopify India & DCF Ventures, has helped Lakshmi Potlura to not only idently startups with potential, but to help them scale and realise their potential. 

Prior to her entry into the start-up ecosystem, Lakshmi has also held corporate roles with leading multi nationals including Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch and IBM.
